How to close Open PO’s On un-received Parts
Good Morning!
There are two ways that you can close an Open PO with un-received prcparts in your environment.
The first here is using the ‘Delete Line/All’ hyperlink on the left hand side of your PO. You’ll go into that page, delete all the open lines of the PO, and click update. This will remove all the selected lines & close the PO out.
The second is using the ‘Close PO’ hyperlink on the left hand side of your PO. Using this feature will close the PO out completely moving forward.
