The new Cetec update is now causing the bins to lock when we complete/receive work orders. How can this be fixed to be the way it was?

Yes, we’re currently looking into what’s enforcing your bins to be locked for internal WO’s that you complete/receive.

Looks like you have a configuration enabled that’s locking your bins when receiving in internal WO’s when complete/receiving.
Your set received parts to pending config setting has a value of 1 - which is locking your bins when complete/receiving in workorders (there’s not a qty accepted/rejected value applied so it’s locking them for incoming inspections). Setting that configuration value to 0 or blanking out the field and hitting set will turn this off.
Turning that configuration off will keep this from happening for your workorders. Are you wanting parts that don’t have a qty accepted or rejected to be flagged for incoming inspection?

Yes, if there is no quantity accepted or rejected for incoming inspections we would like it to stay pending and locked. By turning this setting off, will it impact our incoming parts by locked?

Yes, this will impact incoming parts being locked without a qty accepted or rejected value applied during receiving.
Engineering is working on a fix to get that configuration setting back to where it won’t impact internal workorders you’re complete/receiving. Until then please use this as a workaround until that deployment is released.
