Can you tell me where to go to set who gets notified and assigned part requests as a default? I don’t see anything in the settings, but I get an email and Part Requests assigned to me automatically for every single one.

You can view the config settings related to part requests by going to Admin >> Config Settings >> Config Settings & inputting part_request into the ‘name’ field.
That should pull the configs related to that particular process - you can then go in and edit what you need.
I ran the Part Request List report in your environment here & noticed there weren’t any open part requests. I swapped the filter to all and see that the part requests are assigned to multiple users.
Do you have an example I can check out that involves you being assigned the part request right out the gate? I’m also not seeing your email address assigned as one of the options under the Part Request - Approval CC List config setting. Could you message me directly with a screenshot of the email that you’re receiving?
