Cost / Resale break not working

I noticed the “Add Break” Button is not working in price/cost set up.

Are you still running into this issue? Have you tried the old version of the pricing screen? Cetec ERP

I tried to replicate this and I was able to add a break in a test environment. You may also want to hard refresh your screen and clear your cache.

Hi,
The issue still exists. I did recache, it did not solve problem.
Old version works. This is clearly a bug, Does not make sense to go back and forth between new and old version to run functions.

Thank you for clarifying! I will do some testing on my end to try and replicate this further. For now please use the old pricing screen so you can keep moving.

I was able to click add break in your environment so there is now a blank break available for you to edit if you are still not able to add them on the new version. I would recommend doing a couple more hard refreshes as I am unsure why you are not able to add them.

Hi,
I did refresh and recache and still same.
In “New Version” I cannot “Add Break” in “Resale QTY Breaks” and “Cost QTY Breaks”.
while it is simply possible in “Old Version”.
Interestingly in “New Version”, I can “Create cost breaks for vendor” and keep adding breaks to that vendor.
Let me know what do you mean by hard refresh?

That’s odd! A hard refresh basically clears your cache. Though this may help. To hard refresh on a Mac do Cmd + Shift R. For a Windows laptop use Ctrl + Shift R. Do that a few times on the page and see if that solves the issue.
