Create Manual Invoice Error

I received the following error when I manually created Invoice #27109-0 and #27115-0:
Error: Invoice Not Updated: Can’t call method “all” without a package or object reference at lib/Cetec/Reboot/Schema/Result/Invoice.pm line 3386.

I have always been able to process an invoice manually for miscellaneous part descriptions. What is causing this error? What has changed? It created an invoice, but it is not creating a journal entry.

Yes, it is working now. I have updated the invoices with the errors and created the above noted new one and they all three have created G/L je’s accurately.
