Create RMA option does not appear on invoice

I would like to create an RMA for a part that is no longer needed on an assembly that was invoiced to our ‘internal customer’. The Create RMA option does not appear on the invoice for the individual part or the invoice for the assembly.

Does this option have to be activated?

Thank you. The ultimate purpose is to return a part that was previously part of an assembly back to inventory.

Dave…if this is the only part on this invoice, you can just “Uninvoice”. The following link provides some assistance regarding returning the part back to inventory:
