We noticed today that the formatting changed in our credit card processing window in CETEC. We are now unable to view/ update the year portion of the credit card information which makes it so we are unable to process any credit card orders. Can we please get this fixed ASAP?

We can click the dropdowns to adjust the dates but the year drop down does not “stick” we have tried this from two separate accounts on different computers.

I can tell from your screenshot that you can’t see the full year, that’s a little annoying and we’ll work on that. But as long as you’re able to click the input and select the appropriate year from the dropdown it shouldn’t be a problem.
Can either of you elaborate on what you mean by the date “does not stick” when you’re doing that? Are you receiving some sort of error or something that indicates to you that there’s a problem, or are you just concerned it’s not “sticking” because you can’t see the full year? As long as the correct year is selected when you click the box, you should be okay.
Can you please let us know what you’re seeing that’s indicating to you there’s a problem, or let us know if this is still an issue for you?

When we try to select the year of expiration it is locked on 2020. It not showing the full year is not a problem.
