Custom Checks

Every time there is an update it messes up our custom check. The last few times its been small enough we’ve let it go, but this time it’s a problem. Please have someone contact me to get it fixed. Thank you.

Yes, the entire check seems to have moved up a couple spaces so things are cut off at the folds and in the wrong place. It looks like everything just needs to move back down 2 spaces.

The check pdf is a custom doc in your environment which shouldn’t change with an update. Can you confirm if there have been any changes on your end under Admin > Config Settings > Custom Docs > Check PDF?

If not, can you attempt to print and confirm if chrome is printing at 100% or try on another pc and/or printer? This will help us isolate if the root cause is stemming from the actual document that changes would need to be made to.
