custom document upload broken

My environment is 4.22.322. When I try to upload a new custom document, I get this error message. I get the same error message even when I download the existing document and try to upload the same thing back.

Edit: Environment is now 4.22.344. I’m getting the same error.

Edit: Environment is now 4.22.376. I’m getting the same error as of April 28th.

Apologies for the problem here with that custom document! Engineering has adjusted those permissions and you should be clear to upload the document now.
