Customer Editing Issue

Hi,

I am trying to change the Customer ID for one of our customers. Currently, the Customer ID is automatically assigned by Cetec when a new customer is created. However, we would like to modify this default Customer ID. I have attached a screenshot and highlighted the specific area in yellow that we need to edit.

Hello Rana,

Thank you for your question! Customer IDs are automatically generated by the system and are not editable. These IDs are used to join objects throughout the system and cannot be changed.
