Since the latest update (4.16.74), we’re unable to change a customer’s credit code and approve them…

Question here, are you also experiencing this when using the ‘old version’ of the customer record in your environment? I see via the URL you provided that you’re using the new version of that page (react in the URL). Could you swap over to the old and see if that’ll allow those customer record edits to stick in the system?
If the old version allows you to do that please continue using the old version to make those edits/changes. Please reach out and let me know if that works for you (so I know you can keep things rolling with that version). I’ll start testing this on our end to try and reproduce this issue.

both old and new version works as of the update (4.16.88).
Just confirming here that you can now update the customer credit codes on both versions of the customer record as of version 4.16.88.

yes. Both new and old versions can update the customer credit codes…
