Customer part numbers

When you enter a order and you populate the customer part# in the correct field.
The next time you enter the same order you do not have to enter the the customer number it saves it and that is great, but where can I do a search for the customer part# if I have that and not manufactures part #.

Thanks for the question! You can search parts using the customer part relationship by navigating to Parts > Lists > Cross Part List.

Anytime you enter a customer part number on an order line for a system part it creates a cross part relationship of type Customer Part. Similarly you can create cross part relationships for Vendor, Manufacturer and Part Synonym that can all be searched from this list.
