Users can customize output documents in Cetec by navigating to Admin » Config Settings » Custom Documents. Correctly adjusting these documents requires some fluency in HTML, JavaScript (and the JQuery framework), and Template Toolkit (http://www.template-toolkit.org/).

Any tips for users new to these tools who want to customize their documents are appreciated!
