We are trying to fix some numbers on the inventory and went to the cycle counts but the 59 we are trying to input on the AC1000.1 part , for example, it’s not changing . Can you please help.
Are you saying that you are trying to change the qty of that part to 59? Could you detail the steps you are taking? You should be able to change the amount of inventory as long as the cycle count isn’t closed.

Initially you made it sound like you were editing a cycle count that was already created. Was that wrong? Are you creating a brand new cycle count? What exactly are you trying to change?

We just want to change the qty of what we have in stock. We counted and we have less physical qty than what the system tells us.
Are you getting any sort of error? You should just be able to change the QTY and set a reason code then hit the set button. Is that not working?
