Data not pulling into widgets for home screen

For several Widgets, it doesn’t look like our company data is pulling in, and we just get a Zero for that report-that is happening in Open Sales Order, Open A/R, and Open A/P

Could you please review?

I looked into this and this is a known issue from engineering. They are currently working on a fix. It has to do with subsidiary location so if you set the subsidiary location for the widgets to exclude it will load the data for you.

thanks-has the fix been implemented? does A/P Summary work for you? A/P Summary just says loading and spins, whether I exclude subsidiary location or not. Thanks!
