Default Cost Not Updating

For the default cost this part should be defaulting to the last buy cost but it is not:
https://walkerind.cetecerp.com/part/90/inventory

Like this one does:
https://walkerind.cetecerp.com/part/88/inventory

Looking at this part, Cetec ERP, the last buy cost is the default cost.
