DEFAULT WARRANTY CONFIG SETTING

Hi Cetec ERP Support Team,

Is there a Config Setting we may use to ‘default’ ALL Serialized finished goods Parts to a say 1YR Default Warranty from DoM.

If not, please make this a feature request to Engineering in forthcoming version update.

Hello,

There is currently not a config or setting to be able to set a default warranty globally, as default warranties are set at the part level (see: https://cetecerp.com/support/how-to/how-to-issue-serials-and-warranties.html).

I’d be happy to bring this request to the attention of our product management team for further
review. I will follow up with more information as available.
