Discount not Applying to Order

Hello,

After applying a Discount within a Quote/Order Worksheet, the Final Resale values do not carry over to the committed Order Ext. Resale column.

For example, in Quote/Order Worksheet 14938, discount values are applied to various line items. In Order 14938.1, none of these values are reflected.

Can you please look into this?

@cam.mason - we looked into this and re-created the same scenario you described above in a test environment.

Upon committing to order, the discounts properly applied and the order line items’ extended resale amounts looked accurate.

I wonder if this is now fixed, or if you’re continuing to experience this issue on new quotes>orders.
