Doc Upload Access Issue

Hello,

I am trying to upload a custom document to the Custom Docs section, but am receiving an error when I try to upload. The error appears even if I download the currently uploaded document and try to re-upload. I’m an admin, so it shouldn’t be an access issue. Can you advise on this issue please?

Engineering has fixed this issue. You should be able to upload a new document now. Please let us know if you have more issues.
