Document Downloading Error

Hi guys,

We are having trouble with document uploading/downloading. It doesn’t look like we are having trouble with document uploading. All works as planned, but then when we try to download the said document, it gives us the “file wasn’t available onsite” or in the new system, it gives us an error. “{“error”:“Document 145822 not found in filesystem”}.” Please see attached pictures and example. This is happening in all kinds of documents. This example just happens to be in a tool.

I apologize for the delay on this! I went to download documents from that tool and a random order in your system and I was able to download them successfully. Are you still experiencing this issue anywhere?
