Document Upload/Download Problem

Hello,

We are having an issue with document downloads in some screens. For example in this PO Cetec ERP the documents do not load, we get a JSON file instead. And when we try to upload, the upload bar turns red. Any idea what might be causing this?

Engineering fixed the server settings and you should now be able to upload documents. Please reload any documents that failed earlier.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it’s still not working — we’re getting an error saying “file was not available on site.”
