I believe the BOM changes section should be updated such that the Parts are compared, not the line location of the part. For example, SWP800094 shows up in both lists, just on different lines. They should not be defined with the “green” highlight, rather the red. Otherwise, any shifting of the BOM line items would “break” this feature.
