Is there any way I can edit/delete all the quantity under every part at once and set it to zero? I actually wanted to conduct a manual inventory count and rather than going in every part and updating the quantity I’d like to only update the quantity of parts that we have in stock and others would be already zero.

While we do not have an option to set all Quantities to zero, a full physical inventory count may be helpful for you in order to zero out everything a little more quickly. We’ve got a very helpful How-To video about that, as well as written steps, here: How To Perform Full Physical Inventory Count
