Are you still not able to view the email log? When I log into your environment I see it and when I impersonate your user. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

Is this just when you open the page? Do you click any buttons? I would recommend clearing your cache as a potential solution. I’m not seeing that on my end unfortunately.
