Only admin level users can edit the instructions in the labor plan of a BOM. See screenshots attached and here is the link: Cetec ERP
The screenshot that shows Admin on it was taken while logged into User ID 2. The other screenshot was taken while logged into User ID 62. It is not possible to edit the work instructions even after duplicating the user roles from User ID 2 to User ID 62 so I have no idea what’s going on here.

I’m not quite sure I’m following here - you’re stating that users without the admin user role cannot edit the work instructions on the labor plan?
Users with the ‘Can Edit BOM’ and anyone with Admin should be able to edit the labor plan accordingly without issue. Are you referencing the html language within the work instructions and editing those particular functions?
There’s a big difference between the two screenshots that you provided that I wanted to point out - the first screenshot is not using ‘Fancy Work Instructions’ on the labor plan edit page.
The second screenshot is using ‘Fancy Work Instructions’ on the labor plan (it’s the big blue button in the top right hand corner of the labor plan edit page where you’re making changes.
Is that the particular ‘edit’ request that you’re referencing here or am I way off?
