Error / build order

I have a error in CETEC about a build order.

This order was deleted, so the system is still showing it in the waterfall of item, creating a demand.

When I open the order, it appears as deleted.

Could you help me with this? I need that order to be completely removed.

Welcome to the community forum Brenda!

Good morning,

I noticed something here tied to the original order in the system that’s populating on the waterfall snapshot you sent over.

There seems to still be an internal PO that’s open (which is driving the supply signal you’re seeing on the waterfall).

Is there any reason you still need that open internal PO in the system? If not, and you go in and close that PO, it should remove that supply signal from the waterfall for the prcpart in question.

Please let me know if this doesn’t resolve the issue you’re seeing.

Thanks,

The order was correctly canceled and it still appears as demand on waterfall; I need help with this issue

@Bfarias1

Hey Brenda,

Did you go in and ‘close’ out the internal PO that’s tied to Order 104.1? I linked it in my previous response and I believe that’s the ‘supply signal’ that you highlighted on your original screenshot.

I reviewed PO 144.1 and it’s still showing as ‘open’ - Cetec ERP

If I’m thinking/working through the wrong object here please let me know.. but I don’t see any ‘demand signals’ being generated from Order 104.1 regarding this specific part record Cetec ERP

Thanks,

Hey Brenda,

Engineering is aware of the issue and has a fix in place to get that corrected in the near future. We have a couple workarounds in the meantime that you can utilize:

  1. Clear out your cache/cookies in the google chrome browser you’re using (this is a quick process that can alleviate this issue you’re running into). Use either the 7 day or 4 week option when deleting out your cache/cookies.
  2. You can alter the URL in the screenshot that I can see to force the browser page over to the ‘old version’ in the meantime.

Note the url shows as /react/order/TK129.1/view … we need to force that over to the old version by doing the following:

  • remove /react from the URL
  • at the end of the URL after view input ?oldversion=1
  • should look like this once you’re done /order/TK129.1/view?oldversion=1

That should force you over to the old version on any blank order pages that you run into (this is caused by the new version right now). Use that URL alteration for any other blank order pages you run into and that’ll provide a workaround until the hotfix has been deployed.
