Error: Failed to load PDF document.

Hello Cetec Community,

We are having challenges saving PDF documents like invoices and purchase orders. We get an error when trying to create them regardless of the browser being used. We also have unreadable PDF files when having invoices emailed. Is anyone else having this issue? We would appreciate any comments.

Are you having this problem with every PDF you try to generate from the system?
And can you tell us what the error message you’re getting says?
