I am not able to enter due dates in projects.

The Project Est Due Date field on your project records is a bonus column that’s been added into the system (I wanted to pass along that information).
Now I’ve reproduced the inability to update it in the new version as the date range field isn’t updating when I attempt this on our end in one of our environments.
I have confirmed the old version of the project object is indeed allowing you to update that singular date field (whereas the new version is two date fields for the bonus column).
I’ll get a ticket generated in our system to address the new version bonus column update issue - in the meantime please use the old version to make any changes to the project object bonus columns you have in place, especially the due date field.
