@gsteltzer thank you for the suggestion! I don’t think there is currently a way to filter leads by Country however I will pass this along as a recommended change. I’ll keep you updated on when this might be incorporated.

Sounds good. We often filter customers by country and would benefit from being able to do the same for leads. Thank you!

@gsteltzer you can now filter your leads by country on the new lead list.. /lead/list_new. You will need to expand your filter options to show the country drop down.

Awesome!! Thank you very much for the update. I do see the new country field in the new lead list when I press “more options”.
Where would we enter the country for each lead in the lead entry?
@gsteltzer I believe the customer record associated to the lead will need a country on the Bill To address.

@cayma I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking. The fields below the create form or only there to filter existing leads and have no effect on a newly created lead. The only options at time the lead is created is the Customer and Lead program.

Correct. I was looking in the edit field of a lead after it’s been created. But I don’t see a country field to modify:
Sorry I just saw this. I don’t see the bill-to address shown when I edit a lead. That only seems to show up when a lead has been converted into a customer.
@gsteltzer I believe any lead will need a customer record.. when you go into the lead go up to the top of the left navigation panel and click on view. You should then be viewing the customer record.. you can then go down on the view page and there will be a section for Addresses, there you can add a new address and select address type of Bill To.

Ah ok, yes that worked for us. Previously we were only looking in the edit customer interface. But in the view customer interface there is an add address button that worked. Thank you!
