We suddenly have a list of five people able to give Final Reviews. Has anything changed with this application?
I would like to remove those that are not needed as a pop-up for this. How can I do that?

Which users are now able to give Final Reviews? Also, on what Workflow Approval are they able to give the Final Review on? Quote? PQuote? Voucher?

We make the order from a quote and then it goes into purchasing. It is when we go to move the order in Cetec from purchasing (Katie Ybarra) to final review (me, Pat Goche) that a change has occurred. Now there is a drop down with five names (Kim Anderson, Diane Braatz, Dipesh Patel, Kristy Schafer) that we need to click on. It used to be just my name automatically populated there.
Not sure what changed. Can my name be set as the default there?

I went ahead and fixed this for you - you are the only user who will be able to be assigned/approve in the Final stage. Would you mind confirming that you’re seeing that change in your environment?

I apologize, perhaps I updated this in the wrong way, I’ll look to you for guidance here.
I navigated to (any) quote within your system, I happened to pick this one: Cetec ERP
I click on your Workflow tool and you can see that already this one is set to Jessica Jensen (I can not unset that), the only option to assign to Final now is Pat Goche. The dropdown menu has you and only you as the option for approval here.
To do this, I clicked “Edit Workflow Assignment Options” on the Workflow tool…
And that takes you to this screen, where you can choose users or roles to be assigned to different Workflow stages:
This appears to be the same issue I posted about this morning. We had additional users in our drop down lists for the quote workflow as well. I was trying to reconfigure them in the workflow states screen you shared and it doesn’t seem to be working.

What do you call “final approval” on your workflow tool? Let me know and I’ll go in and see if I can’t fix it. Feel free to send a link or a screenshot too if that’s easiest.
