General Ledger / Account Reconcile Issue

Hello Support Team,

Our team entered several ledger entries, but none of them are appearing in the Account Reconcile report.

The screenshot below shows a ledger entry created today as an example. However, this entry does not appear in the Account Reconcile report for Bank Account Reconcile 77.

Could you please advise on the possible cause of this issue, or let us know if there are any steps we may have missed?

When I search the ledger for entries between 4.62 and 4.64 CAD, from Oct 1, 2025 - Oct 31, 2025, I only see three entries in that range, and each of those entries is for account 100240.

The typical culprits for entries not showing as expected in account reconciles are incorrect transaction dates on the ledger entries and entries entered into the wrong account. If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide additional entry IDs and the account reconciliation ID that you expect them to show up in and I will continue investigating.
