GETTING ERROR PLS HELP

Good Morning,

Could you provide some additional details around what you’re seeing regarding the error? I’ve pulled up the PO in question that you linked here - [Cetec ERP] and I’m not seeing any type of error populate.

Are you trying to send this via an email? Are you receiving an error when downloading the PDF?
If you could provide some context around the error and how you got it to populate that’d be greatly appreciated.

try emailing to yourself that’s when I get the error.

Apologies here, but I don’t want to send a PO email outbound from your live Cetec environment without your approval (even if it’s to myself).

If you can, I’d rather set up a screenshare to have you walk me through the steps of emailing the PDF so I can record the call & capture the error message that you’re receiving. I have some time this afternoon (anytime before 4:00pm CST) or I can set something up for tomorrow morning any time after 11:00am CST.

If you can make a screenshare work please let me know so I can get this setup & addressed. If not, please send over approval that I can send an outbound PO email from your environment to myself.

Thank you for the approval there, I’ve gone ahead and sent that PO PDF directly to myself via email. I received a ‘success’ alert in Cetec, and the PO PDF went to my inbox as expected.

I’m currently unable to replicate the error that you were receiving when emailing a PDF of the PO object outbound from Cetec ERP.

Could you let me know what time frame works best for you today so I can get a call in place? I’ll need to have you walk me through the order of operations you’re using to produce that PO email PDF error.

I think we need to do a screen share because I reentered the po and tried again and I got the error again

Could you make this afternoon work? I can do any time between 2:00pm - 4:00pm CST today.

If today doesn’t work lets aim for tomorrow sometime to get this call established. I can make these times work tomorrow (3/21/2025):
11:00am - 1:00pm CST
3:00pm-4:00pm CST

Please let me know if today works or if you’d rather aim for tomorrow (also designate which time you can meet & I’ll send the calendar invite).

We’ve got that fixed up now and you’re able to send the CSV file to the vendor in question. Thanks for taking the time to walk me through that issue.
