We have an order for 523 parts on an invoice, but the customer says they received 522 parts. Is there a way to change the quantity on the invoice without the invoice number changing? The invoice number must remain the same to match the customer’s system.
I’m currently looking into this for you to see if there is a way to accomplish what you’re trying to do here. I’ll need to do some testing to figure out an order of operations for this request and will be in touch as soon as I’ve worked through that.
