Is there any way to just close an open credit memo? The customer never applied and they are years expired. It shows that we need to draft a check to pay back - but can’t it just be closed?

There isn’t a close button directly, however dropping the line or zeroing out the amount will effectively close it. If you do zero out or drop the line then you could add a note with the amount if you would like to have the history to refer back to. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
