How to convert PDF quote into order

I am reading through this tutorial and It states that once uploaded… you can open PDF and click convert to order.

I can’t seem to find this option. My quote is linked below as well.

I apologize for the delay on this. That document says that they can upload a PDF and it will show up on your quote list as a pending object and that is where you can convert it to an order. Are you seeing the quotes in your quote list?
