I am in the process of getting API integrated to my ERP. The API consultant has asked for a Sandbox Access. Unsure how to set that up. Can anyone provide me directions?

The beta environment is connected to your live environment, so any data changes you make there will be reflected in your live data. Therefore it won’t be a protected “Sandbox” environment.
We do have an upgrade option to have a test environment hosted with us for $250/month with a weekly data refresh from Live to Test system included. The upgrades page is here: Upgrades

Can I only host the test environment for a certain amount of time just for the integration and once it is done eliminate it? Is it possible to discuss over the phone and have someone upgrade me and help me set it up?

Yes you can have us host the test environment for you (again we would automatically charge $200/month as a recurring charge). We’d set that up for you, provide the details, and set that to a ‘nightly’ refresh process which would pull live data into your test environment every night. There is also a weekly and monthly refresh process we can establish.
As far as using it for the integration that’s actually an ideal process. You can use the test environment for whatever needs you and your team need (i.e. testing/scenario testing/training/etc).
Regarding the cancellation process - all you need to do there is input another forum post/topic requesting that we cancel your test environment. Once it’s cancelled we would then stop the recurring charge process so you’re no longer billed for it.
Setup for this is done on our end and we provide the URL to you once it’s been generated. There’s minimal input needed on your end for this, we would just need approval to set that up. I’d then email you those details directly. Let me know if you’d like to move forward with this.
