When running a sales order report by location, when trying to design the columns in the +/- column option, after clicking on that to pick the columns we want to show, when we pick a column to show or hide the report goes to a blank screen in cetec.
Ran the report anyway and the sheet wont allow me to change the date format

I’ve gone to the report that you linked, and was able to change the +/- columns without any issues on my end. I also filtered the report via location (selected multiple locations and ran the report). I want to try something here to see if this alleviates this issue and gets this resolved on your end.
Could you go into your browser, navigate to the settings page, and search for cookies/cache. You’re going to want to clear those out using either the 7 day option or anything greater than that. Once you clear out your cache/cookies for your browser, go ahead and log out of Cetec ERP back in.
Give that a try (clearing your browser’s cache/cookies) and let me know if you’re still running into an issue with that report blanking out.

Thank you, I was able to clear my cookies/cache so now it will allow me to change the +/- columns. But when I export it to excel, it wont allow me to change the date format in the columns. For instance instead of seeing the date as 2025/01/14 I want to change to 1-14-2025. It doesnt change when I try to do this.
Can you send over a URL link to the order list report with the exact filters you have set in the header so I can export that exact report to see if I can change the date format?

When I go to sales, orders-order list - I pick A1 for location and view by line then hit submit, then export to excel. Not sure if this link has all the information.
I am all set, on the date format. It was the text to Columns that had to be changed.
