Is there a way to block a users ability to delete workorder history? There is no history for the above linked work order. Whichever user moved the order to new locations, they deleted the history so we couldn’t see which locations it had been to.

Could you tell me what roles the users you would like to block have? You may need to play around with access control. Not everyone can see the history and delete it.

User name is supervisor, and the roles are tools, part request, supervisor, warehouse, production, part merge, workinstructions, order split.

Does one of those roles allow the ability to delete the history?

It looks like a combination of production and supervisor causes them to be able to delete history. If they don’t have supervisor it won’t let them delete it. They can see it but not delete it.

Ok. Is there a way to specifically block the ability to delete even if they have supervisor role?

Yes! You can set up a new user role then control it in access control to make them not be able to delete work history! Use this documentation here User Access Control & Customized Roles
