I have an excel spreadsheet with the Part Number and values for ROP and Lead Time. Is there any way to import the spreadsheet and have it populate the ROP and Lead Time sections of the parts listed?

The import feature in Cetec currently does not support loading ROP and Lead Times fields when importing Inventory Data. However, our engineering team can perform data upload work at our hourly rate of $250/hr if that is something you would be interesting in doing.
