Incorrect RMA return address

Hello,

We have an outdated company ship-to address being show on RMA forms.

Per the attached CETEC FAQ, the “company_shipto_address” should be shown on RMA PDF’s as the return to address. Our company_shipto_address in config settings is our current address (in Virginia), but the RMA PDF still shows the out of date address (in Maine). How can we correct the return to address shown on the RMA PDF?

We figured this out on our own. Our old address was listed in the main warehouse in the Data Maintenance - LNAME Inventory Warehouse Locations table. We updated it there and now it’s showing correctly on our RMA return address.
