Can you tell me if there is a report that can be run that shows inventory by location with value and last shipped per part number?

There is a report in Parts>>Reports>>Inventory Activity that I believe can be filtered as you indicate.
There is a very helpful “how-to” video that demonstrates setting the various filters to enable you to view the data you are looking for…video is here: How to View the Inventory Activity Report
