We are getting a variety of invoice errors and are currently not able to process new invoices or update existing invoices below are the various errors we are seeing:
We are also getting this error:
Error: Payment Not Updated. Can’t call method “id” on an undefined value at /home/Cetec-ERP/lib/Cetec/Reboot/Schema/ResultSet/GLEntry.pm line 3616.
It looks like based on that error that part of the issue here is you don’t have GL mappings set for external invoices: Cetec ERP
You need to set labor and material accounts so the GL can post correctly. If you set accounts and you are still seeing issue let us know ASAP.
