Our customers would really like to have the lot codes on the packing slip.

That would fall under custom document work, which we can do for 1 hour billable engineering time.
If its a stock line, we would grab the lot code from the bin that its picked from. If its a build line, we would generate/pull the lot code from what is on the line’s serials page. With your general process, that would mostly be stock orders, correct?
