After updating to Cetec version 4.17, we have encountered the following issues with the Cross Part Bonus Column:
Unable to Enter Data:
When we try to input any data in the Cross Part Bonus Column and update the part, the update shows as successful. However, the field in the bonus column remains empty.
Data Overwrite Issue:
If data already exists in the bonus column for a cross part and we add a new cross part with a description in the bonus column, the newly added description replaces the descriptions of all existing cross parts.
Field Emptied on Change:
When we change or remove the data in the bonus column for one cross part, it causes all Cross Part Bonus Column fields to become empty.
Impact:
This issue is causing significant data integrity concerns as existing descriptions are being overwritten or erased, and we cannot reliably update or manage data in this column.
Please investigate and provide guidance or a fix to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I agree here this is an issue that needs to be resolved quickly, and is causing some serious issues there related to data integrity.
I have a few requests here that need to get handled before I can start testing these ‘sweeping’ changes that occur to your cross parts:
What’s the name of your company? I’ll need the company name to pull the domain here.
When you making those cross part changes I can see you’re using the old version of the cross parts page. Is this same thing happening if you swap over to the new version of that page and make edits?
On the new version… are all rows of cross parts having the Cross Part Description field impacted or is it sticking to the single data row that you’re trying to change?
Reason for the new version questions here is that could be a potential work around if the new version isn’t exhibiting the same behavioral issues that the old version is. Could you swap to that new version and let me know how that works for you?
