When trying to complete/receive parts on order 731.1 I get an error. I do not understand the error.

We’re looking into the error that you’re receiving when trying to complete/receive the internal build order you have placed (order 731.1).

That’s currently flagged as an outsource PO in the system, was this done intentionally or was this the PO that was linked after creating the order?

Go ahead and try to complete/receive the internal order that you were having issues with. That error you provided should be resolved at this point.

If you could, please provide any additional details that you can around the creation of this internal order and it’s linked PO. It’d be greatly appreciated by us on our end to see how this specific order was created.

I believe the work order was made, then the PO was made, then the outsourced Po was made. I don’t know why they did it this way and they don’t remember.
