Would it be possible to add CETEC Leads to the Address Map report?

Hey Gordon,

I’ve checked with engineering here and they’ve confirmed we’re already showing Lead addresses as customer addresses on the Customer Address Map. Technically leads are created as ‘customer records’ until they’re converted into customers within the system so they should be showing up on your map.

Is this not the case in your environment?

Hey,

Thanks so much for the follow up. We did some checking on our end and do see that active leads with a defined address are shown in the address map report like we were hoping for, that’s great.

I believe we were confused since the lead is shown as “customer” on the address map. It looks like the titles on the address map aren’t differentiated between a lead or a customer. We can work around that though, once you click into the customer record the lead shows (deleted) next to the customer name - so we can identify it that way.
