The LNAME list does not show ID numbers 1 to 5.
More likely they were used at one time and then deleted. The ID is an auto-generated number (identity). Can not re-use the same number.
Thanks. I did not delete them as they are active. I added LNAME 5 and the locations still exist, except I cannot see the list.

Would you happen to be using a multi-company setup? If so, if your location is set to just one location, it would block you from seeing all of the others. That is another possibility here.

Hi. Thanks. I appear to be the only one having this problem. It started when we set up another company. I cannot see invoices and other detail either. I have tried resetting my user profile but this has not helped. Where to from here?
I was able to resolve the issue. On your profile, your profile company was not set to “all.” I updated that for you by setting it to “all” and now you should be able to see all of the columns on LName!
