I am using 2 companies on my cetec account and when i switch my profile to my second company (American Medical Molding) my logo does not export onto any pdf’s (PO, Quotes, Work Orders, etc)
Are you still having an issue with this? I did some testing and wasn’t able to replicate this issue.

Yes, it is still not working. Are you trying it with the American Medical Molding profile?
I have added images of before and after i download the pdf of a quote i am working on. you can see the logo disappears.
Any response to my question above?

The logo document for American Medical Molding needs to be a public document. Once you make the document public it will show up on the download.

How do I make it public?
You would navigate to Admin> Docs> Document List and search for the logo document. Once you find that click into it and set the document to public:

Could you try re-adding your logo under Admin> Config Settings> Config Wizard? It seems the file may not be working for some reason. Once you add it again try setting that to public and see if that works.

When I did that it overrides my AJ Medical Logo, before I was able to toggle between the two profiles and company logos

Did you update the logo when logged into the American Medical Molding profile? That should only update that logo and not the logo for the entire environment. What is the current name of your file for the AMM logo?

Yes I updated it when logged in with AMM. It is called AMM logo
I did some more testing here and I apologize I steered you wrong on where to update the logo. You will need to do it in the Company Data Maintenance table: Cetec ERP
I would recommend uploading the logo again to your AMM process here: Cetec ERP Then update the ID on the Company table.
Then once you do that the document should show up on the quote PDF download.
