This should now be resolved for you.
It looks like there might have been a minor glitch the last time your logo document was updated. (the “active” flag was set to 0 & it should be 1).
At this time this has been resolved. We don’t have confirmation that it won’t ever happen again, so, if it does, please do let us know.
