I am attempting to setup/clean my CETEC database to ensure that my MRP reports are giving me accurate information and keep running into issues. First, the aging buy signal logic appears incorrect in some cases. Second, I need to know if the transcode for a component is set to build (SA) but there are no components (no BOM) how does MRP track lead time? Does that affect work start dates? is it through the warehouse, lead time field since the Labor estimate/plan is not available?
